
Doug Chertok
Partner, Hudson Ventures
Doug joined Hudson Ventures in 2000. Prior to Hudson, Doug practiced law at Morrison & Foerster LLP where he represented
numerous early stage technology companies in angel, institutional and PIPEs financings, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions,
employment and intellectual property matters as well as a variety of business development and joint venture deals.
From 1992 to 1996, Doug held several executive positions within the hospitality and gaming industries, most recently as
a corporate director of Lady Luck Gaming Corporation, which following its IPO, was sold to Isle of Capri Casinos
(NasdaqNM: ISLE). Before that, Doug founded and operated a New York based gourmet food manufacturing company, which
distributed to the tri-state area. In addition to working with many of Hudson's portfolio companies, Doug now serves
on the Boards of Poindexter Systems and E-Tran, and is an adviser to Netkey, inQ and The Relegence Corporation.
Kim P. Goh
Partner, Hudson Ventures
Kim has been a Partner at Hudson Ventures since 2000. From 1997 to 1999, Kim has been a private investor and advisor
to several start-ups. From 1993 to 1997, Kim was an Executive Vice President at Merck/Medco, a "Mail-order Pharmacy"
and Pharmacy Benefits Manager. Between 1988 and 1993, Kim was a Director at Chemical Bank, Delaware and Senior Vice-President
of Retail Operations at Chemical Banking Corporation. From 1970 to 1988, Kim held several senior executive positions in
technology management at Citibank, including the Technology Head of the Capital Market Group, the Global Equities Group and
the International Private Bank. He was instrumental in acquiring, building and repositioning numerous companies. During his
tenure at Citibank his portfolio companies included FAME, Inc. (a provider of technology software to financial institutions),
CitiShare, Inc., (Citibank's original timesharing business company which evolved to become Citicorp's vehicle for national ATM
business) and Newbridge Securities, Inc. (a securities clearance broker and a securities lender with a $3 billion portfolio).
Between 1990 and 1991, Kim was the Representative for the Consumer Banking Association to the Electronic Benefits Transfer Task
Force, Washington D. C. Kim currently serves on the Boards of Centor Software, Peminic and E-Tran.
Bill Bridgers
Partner, Zon Capital
Bill Bridgers is a Managing Partner and founding member of Zon Capital Partners. Bill's twenty plus years of business
experience include many years as a management consultant with a focus on telecommunications and large application development
before successfully transitioning to early stage private equity investing more than a decade ago. Prior to the formation of
Zon Capital, Bill was a partner and founder of Zon Partners an early stage investment and advisory company, and the predecessor
to the Fund. Together with Don Perkins, he was responsible for venture transactions that resulted in several liquidity events
for the firm's investors. Prior to the formation of Zon Partners, Bill helped start Technology Management & Funding in Princeton,
New Jersey, an early stage investment company. He was the firm's Chief Operating Officer. Bill also served with three international
consulting firms, PA Consulting Services of London, England, A.T. Kearney based in Chicago, Illinois and Kline and Company of
Fairfield, New Jersey. Over the course of his consulting career, most of Bill' consulting clients were telecommunications
companies, technology vendors or large users of information technology systems. Bill is the Chairman of the board of InScope
Corporation and sits on the boards of Archive Systems, Inc. and E-Tran, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Gary S. Roboff
Senior Consultant, BITS, the Technology Group for The Financial Services Roundtable
Gary Roboff is a consultant focusing on financial services payments, Internet functionality, and information management.
In December 2000 he retired as Senior Vice President of Electronic Commerce at the Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Roboff has more
than twenty-five years experience in financial services planning and management, and has worked extensively in the area of
retail distribution and payments. First as a member of the Banking Industry Technology Secretariat (BITS) Advisory Group,
now as a Senior Consultant to that organization, he has focused in such areas as new payments applications, payments
electronification and convergence, privacy and information utilization, and business frameworks and standards for
emerging electronic commerce applications. BITS, the Technology Group for The Financial Services Roundtable, was
formed by the CEOs of the largest financial institutions in the United States as the strategic "brain trust" for the
financial services industry in the e-commerce arena. Mr. Roboff was a founder of the International Security Trust and
Privacy Alliance (ISTPA), and serves on the organization’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is currently
Vice President of the ISTPA. Mr. Roboff has received B.A. and M.A. degrees from Clark University, and has completed additional
graduate work at M.I.T. Gary joined the Board of Trustees at Clark University in September 1998; he serves on the Board's
Executive Committee as Vice Chair of the Board, and currently chairs the Board’s Committee on Strategic and Financial Oversight.
Laurance Selnick, CTP

Larry manages a team of Cash Management specialists that provide sales, consulting and customer service for Webster's business customers. He has over 20 years of banking experience including cash management systems, bank operations and product management. He joined Webster's management team to design, implement and deliver Cash Management services to the commercial clients. Larry received his BA from Western Connecticut State University and is a graduate of the University of Virginia Graduate School of Banking in cooperation with the Consumer Banking Association. Larry has also completed the UCONN MBA Business Mastery Program. He is a member of the Central Connecticut Treasury Management Association as well as the national Association for Financial Professionals. Larry holds a Certified Treasury Professional designation.
Lawrence E. Dwyer

including ten years as the President of the Westchester County Association, Westchester NY’s premiere business forum and ten years
as Town of Bedford NY’s Supervisor. Larry combines strong leadership, communication and a vast network. He has served on dozens of

Bank and a Director of the Broad Street National Bank. David was an organizer and Director of Commonwealth State Bank in Newtown,
Pennsylvania and First Capital Bank in York, Pennsylvania. In addition, David is also an active real estate developer and investor.
Michael R. Stoler
Vice President, First American Title Insurance
Michael has more than a thirty years experience in the real estate, financing, and consulting. In May 2001, he joined First
American Title Insurance Company of New York as a Vice President. In addition to his role at First American, he serves as senior
advisor to the private client services group of Signature Bank and Signature Securities and president of Princeton Commercial
Corporation, which he founded in 1977. Michael hosts The Stoler Report, Real Estate Trends in the NY tri-state region. Each
